OL Reign Transfers Cosette Morché to GPSO Issy

OL Reign today announced that it has agreed to the permanent transfer of goalkeeper Cosette Morché to Grand Paris Seine Ouest 92 Issy in the French D1 Arkema. Per league and club policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Morché has been on loan with GPSO Issy since July 2021. She has made 13 appearances for Issy, who are currently in eleventh place in the D1 Arkema. She has kept one clean sheet for Issy and saved one penalty kick. Prior to going on loan, Morché did not make any NWSL appearances for OL Reign.

The young goalkeeper originally joined OL Reign in December 2020 from Swedish Damallsvenskan club Eskilstuna United DFF, where she made 10 appearances and kept two clean sheets. Morché began her college career with the University of Louisiana before transferring to Texas A&M. With Texas A&M, Morché kept 20 clean sheets and helped the school claim the 2017 SEC Championship.
